Limited Warranty
Thank you for purchasing "Limit" Rod Holders and Electronic Mounts products.

Pike Fork Tackle Company, LLC provides a one year limited warranty on all "Limit" Rod Holders and "Limit" Electronic Mounts, (hereinafter, "Limit" products).
​
This limited warranty is the only warranty applicable to your "Limit" Rod Holders and Electronic Mount products manufactured by Pike Fork Tackle Company, LLC.
Pike Fork Tackle Company, LLC does not assume or authorize anyone
to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connection with
your "Limit" products or this warranty. No person, including Pike Fork Tackle Company, LLC employees, dealers or distributors, or installers may modify or waive any part of this limited warranty.
As a condition of this limited warranty, you are responsible for properly
using, maintaining, and caring for your "Limit" product, including, but not limited to:
- maintaining the tightness of all fasteners on the rod holder or electronic mount to properly secure the rod holder or mount
-properly mounting the "Limit" rod holder, electronic mount and, or, any related mounting plate or track in a manner to properly secure it.

Pike Fork Tackle Company, LLC disclaims all implied warranties.
Pike Fork Tackle Company, LLC disclaims any implied warranty of fitness or merchantability for any particular purpose, application or use.
Pike Fork Tackle Company, LLC shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Pike Fork Tackle Company, LLC further disclaims any responsibility for loss or damage, of any kind, that results from improperly mounting, or improperly maintaining the "Limit" rod holders and electronic mounts.

TERMS OF WARRANTY COVERAGE
​The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship on all "Limit" products by Pike Fork Tackle Company, LLC for a period of one year from date of purchase by the original owner. Only defects that prohibit the rod holder from functioning properly are covered by the warranty.
​
Under this limited one year warranty, Pike Fork Tackle Company, LLC will repair or replace any "Limit" product, or component thereof, that is found defective in materials or workmanship where such defect prohibits the rod holder from functioning properly. The decision to repair or replace the product will be at the sole discretion of Pike Fork Tackle Company, LLC.

The limited warranty does not cover any damage, of any kind, due to accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, modification, or improper mounting. It is incumbent upon the customer to use the "Limit" product(s) in a manor that is reasonable and consistent with the intended purpose of the product.
​
Wear of the materials or coatings is not covered by the warranty.
Corrosion of any kind is not covered by the warranty.
​
The warranty does not cover cosmetic faults or defects of any kind.
​
Customer actions that will immediately void the warranty include, but are not limited to, the following:
​
-Using the "Limit" rod holder to support, carry, or hold a: net, flag, top, tent or any other item that is not a fishing rod.
​
-Using a "Limit" product to tie off, "raft", or otherwise secure the vessel to a dock, or other vessel, or other object.
​
-Using a "Limit" product as a connection point to tie or connect or tow any object.
​
This warranty is strictly limited to the original buyer of rod holders or electronic mounts manufactured by Pike Fork Tackle Company, LLC.
This is the extent of the one year limited warranty.

STEPS TO OBTAIN WARRANTY COVERAGE
If you believe your "Limit" product has a defect that is eligible for coverage under the limited warranty please follow the steps below.
